1381 – 3.8% – Session IPA – The year of the Peasants Revolt. This Session IPA is Full of Fruit & Citrus Hop Aroma & Flavour provided by the Mosaic & Centennial American Hops.
Dynamo – 4.3% – Light Golden Ale – A crisp light refreshing Golden Ale, delicately hopped to give a well balanced light fruity floral flavour and aroma. Ingredients: BARLEY, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
Montgomery – 4.0% – American Pale Ale – Exploding with citrus aromas and using exclusively American hops Simcoe, Columbus & Centennial, Named after the SS Richard Montgomery which sank off Sheerness during WW2 whilst full of explosives and the Coastguard monitor the wreck even now. SIBA National Champion 2017 and SIBA SE region Gold Winner 2016. Ingredients: BARLEY, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
Imperium – 4.0% – Kent Best Bitter – A Classic Best Bitter using a combination of different roasted grains combined with the local grown Bullion Hops sourced from Hukin Hops in Kent. Ingredients: BARLEY, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
Fortitude – 4.6% – Premium Ale – The beer that started it all, our Flagship Ale combines 4 different types of malt to give depth of body and uses a Combination of English & American Hops to give this beer plenty of Character. Ingredients: BARLEY, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
Hengist – 5.0% – Strong Golden Ale – Winner of the Dover Winter Beer Festival (2010) Named after the Anglo Saxon invader who formed the Kingdom of Kent, this golden pale ale has flavours of biscuit malt balancing a long fruit hop. Hengist has also won the bronze medal at the South East Regional Championship in both 2010 & 2011. Ingredients: BARLEY, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
Ravening Wolf – 5.9% – New Zealand Rye IPA – The nickname given to Odo, Earl of Kent and half brother of William the Conqueror, who was tried for defrauding the crown. A strong New Zealand Pale Ale. Toasted biscuit and rye malt flavours support a pine lemon hop crispness with a hint of vanilla. Ingredients: BARLEY, RYE, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
Grim Reaper – 5.5% – Red Rye IPA – Grim Reaper is our Ruby Red Rye IPA we brew for the Authem months, at a warming 5.5% this beer packs a bit of a punch, with plenty of Simcoe & Chinook hops used to give this beer a fruity and citrusy flavour & aroma, the Rye helps give light spice notes and added body
Red Raddle – 5.0% – 5 Hop Red Ale – Red Raddle is our Ruby Red Ale originally brewed to celebrate the 200th year of Crabble Corn Mill, this beer is named after the red paint used on the mill stones. A 5 Hop, ruby red premium bitter with biscuit and toasted malt base supporting a broad hoppy smooth finish.
Black Pig – 4.8% – Baltic Porter – Adapted from an imperial Russian porter recipe, this beer is incredibly smooth with burnt chocolate and smoky malt notes mixed with delicate hop bitterness and floral notes. Ingredients: BARLEY, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
Golgotha – 5.5% – Oatmeal Stout – A rich, deep and broad malt base gives this stout a very long smooth finish with plenty of oats for added body and creaminess. Hops are prominent on the nose with blackcurrant, liquorice and cedar. Ingredients: BARLEY, OATS, HOPS, YEAST, WATER
