


Ravening Wolf – 5.9% – New Zealand Rye IPA
The nickname was given to Odo, Earl of Kent and half brother of William the Conqueror, who was tried for defrauding the crown. A strong New Zealand Pale Ale. Toasted biscuit and rye malt flavours support a pine lemon hop crispness with a hint of vanilla.

Hengist – 5.0% – Strong Golden Ale
Winner of the Dover Winter Beer Festival (2010) Named after the Anglo Saxon invader who formed the Kingdom of Kent, this golden pale ale has flavours of biscuit malt balancing a long fruit hop. Hengist has also won the bronze medal at the South East Regional Championship in both 2010 & 2011.

Miller’s Mirth – 4.2% – Fruity English Bitter
A Copper Coloured Best Bitter, a blend of smooth toasted malts balance a four hop profile, giving breadth of flavour and depth. Named after the merry Miller from the Canterbury Tales who was always inebriated!

Yellow Tail – 4.5% – Five Hop Summer Ale
The nickname used by the French for the indigenous people of Kent during the Middle Ages, Our 5 Hop Summer Ale uses Hops from the Pacific North West of America, giving this beer a Citrusy, Fruity, Floral Aroma and Flavour, brewed with Pilsner Malt helps give a Soft Round Refreshing finish to this beer.

Green Hop – 4.2% – Green Hop Beers
From the start of September, Hop Growers start a month-long harvest of their Hop Varieties, they have to be careful to make sure they are cropped at the optimum time not too early and not too late, so they are just ripe, different varieties will be cropped at different times. We like to brew a range of Green Hop Beers which are different year on year dependant on availability.

Red Raddle – 5.0% – Five Hop Red Ale
Red Raddle is our Red Ale originally brewed to celebrate the 200th year of Crabble Corn Mill, this beer is named after the red paint used on the millstones. A 5 Hop, ruby red premium bitter with biscuit and toasted malt base supporting a broad hoppy smooth finish.

Grim Reaper – 5.5% – Ruby Red Ale
Grim Reaper is our Ruby Red Rye IPA we brew for the Autumn months, at a warming 5.5% this beer packs a bit of a punch, with plenty of Simcoe & Chinook hops used to give this beer a fruity and citrusy flavour & aroma, the Rye helps give light spice notes and added body

A Golden Christmas Ale brewed with a selection of different grains to give this beer plenty of Festival Character as well as some Orange Peel to give the Beer a little Christmas Zing.

Single Hop – 4.2% – Single Hop Beers
There are always new hop varieties being grown and developed every year across the globe offering new and exciting flavours. Our Single Hop Series showcases these hops in the best possible light with a simple malt bill of Pale Malt, with a healthy dose of CaraPils and Rolled Oats to give plenty of body and head retention.
