Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Brewery Tours & Experiences
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Lost, Damaged or Spoilt beer
We understand in this industry there is always a small possibility of contamination during packaging, it is the nature of the beast and damage can occur to products during transit on it’s way to you.
Any goods lost in transit will be replaced, once we have had confirmation from the coriour company that the goods cannot be located.
Any goods delivered damaged will be replaced, we will require photographic evidence of the breakage within 2 days of delivery
Spoilt beer (ie Undrinkable beer that has gone off essentially) will be replaced, depending on the circumstances we may require the item to be returned to us for testing before a replacement can be provide. Please note we will be unable to replace or refund beer that has gone past it’s advertised best before date. Draft beer such as Minikegs & Bag in Box should be consumed with 2-4 weeks of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Returns
If you will like to return a product, you must do so within 30 days of purchasing the product
Minikegs – If you would like to return a Minikeg for a full refund, it must be unopened and the tap seal uncompromised.
Bag in Box – Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of unopened Bag in Box beers, with the except if spoilt beer
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@wantsumbrewery.co.uk and we will be in touch to arrange this with you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wantsum Brewery Ltd, St Nicholas Court Farm, Court Road Kent St Nicolas At Wade, Birchington CT7 0PT.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, we may be able to arrange collection of the product.
