A five hop premium red ale with biscuit and toasted malt base supporting a broad, hoppy and smooth finish.
Brewed to celebrate the 200th year of Crabble Corn Mill, Red Raddle is named after the red paint used on the mill stones.

MILLER’S MIRTH 4.2% (GF) Fruity Best Bitter (Available March/April)
A copper coloured best bitter. A blend of smooth toasted malts balance a four hop profile, giving breadth of flavour, and depth.
Named after the merry Miller from the Canterbury Tales who was always inebriated!

YELLOW TAIL 4.5% (GF) Five Hop Summer Ale (Available May/June)
A spring ale using five different hop varieties. Hops from the Pacific North West of America give this beer a citrusy, fruity, floral aroma and flavour. The Pilsner malt used in the brew results in a soft, round and refreshing finish.
Yellowtail is the nickname used by the French for the indigenous people of Kent during the middle ages.

THUNDERBOLT 6.0% (GF) Double Dry-Hopped American IPA (Available July/August)
A strong American IPA using 3 American hops producing powerful hoppy aromas. You can expect flavours of Peach, Mango & Orange on the nose followed through with tons of stone fruit in the mouth.
Named after the Thunderbolts which flew for the USAF from RAF Headcorn (Kent) during WW2.
