We are happy to offer free shipping to the following postcodes on orders over £75
All CT*, ME*, TN23*, TN24*, TN25*, TN27*
Please note this service can take up to 5-7 working days to fit around our delivery schedule; however, it may also be earlier than 5 days. If you pay for Flat Rate shipping, the order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days
Mainland UK
We have a flat rate shipping fee of £9.95
Northern Ireland, Inverness, Scottish Highlands & Islands – DPD Local
We have a flat rate shipping fee of £19.95
Shipping Days
Orders placed by 11am are normally shipped on the same day Monday – Thursday, with the exception of UK Bank Holidays.
Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be processed from Monday the following week.
As we are a small team, please allow us 2-3 working days for your order to be processed.
All orders in flat rate shipping orders for England, Wales and most of Scotland are shipped on a next-day service, although some parcels can take up to 3 working days to reach you during busy periods.
Tracking, Delays & Busy Periods
Our current courier partner is APC and parcels can be tracked directly from their website. You should receive a tracking email to the email address provided on your order.
If you would like us to delay shipping, please include this in the notes section at the checkout, and email us to confirm with your order number.
Please note that courier delays are out of our control.
We are very sorry to inform you that we are currently not able to ship outside of the UK.
Packaging
All orders will be sent in a single parcel unless the total number of items exceeds the capacity of a single parcel; our parcels are generally labelled with our company’s branding unless we have had to use special packaging.
Collections
If you have requested local pickup as your shipping option, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Generally, you should be able to pick up your order the following day
